Modular Data Centers

A modular data center is a modern, scalable solution for housing and protecting IT infrastructure.

The data center is built on a block-modular principle: each module performs a separate function - IT, power supply, cooling, or security.

Structures can be installed inside a building, in a container, or on an open site, ensuring flexibility in design and operation.

Advantages of Modular Data Centers:

Flexible Architecture:

The DC is built from functional modules - IT halls, distribution devices, battery rooms, climate modules, etc. Individual configuration according to customer requirements is possible.

Minimum Commissioning Time:

Production and installation of modules are possible in parallel with construction works. Project implementation time: from 3 to 6 months.

Easy Scaling:

You can start with a minimum number of modules and increase the data center capacity as the load grows - without stopping the current infrastructure.

Reliability and Fault Tolerance:

Each module can have redundancy according to the N+1 or 2N scheme. The solution supports Tier II, III, or IV availability levels.

Reduction of Capital (CAPEX) and Operating (OPEX) Costs:

Cost optimization through industrial assembly, standardization of engineering solutions, and gradual expansion without redundancy.

Container Data Centers

A container data center is a fully functional data center placed inside a standard ISO container (20 or 40 feet).

It includes all necessary systems: server and network equipment, power supply, cooling, monitoring, and security.

Advantages of Container Data Centers:

Mobility and Compactness:

Can be installed almost anywhere - from industrial sites to remote areas. Transportable without dismantling, suitable for temporary and mobile solutions.

Rapid Deployment:

Implementation time - from 2 to 8 weeks, including design, manufacturing, and installation.

Budget Optimization:

Does not require capital construction and allows significantly reducing costs through ready-made solutions.

Scalability:

Capacity is easily increased by adding new containers as the IT load grows.

Full Engineering Readiness:

All systems are integrated and tested at the factory - the data center is ready for operation immediately after installation.

Data Boxes (Data Box / IT Racks)

A Data Box is a compact server cabinet or mini-container for housing IT equipment: servers, storage systems, UPS, network switches, and infrastructure components.

It provides cooling, power, protection, and security for equipment even in restricted conditions.

Advantages of Data Boxes:

Compactness:

Does not require a separate server room - can be installed in any room.

Quick Installation:

Delivered ready-made, commissioning - immediately after connecting power.

Microclimate Control:

Integrated cooling and filtration systems maintain stable temperature and air cleanliness.

Security:

Reliable protection against access, dust, moisture, overheating, and electrical interference.

Flexibility and Scalability:

Can be installed in stages, increasing capacity without excessive costs.

DC Infrastructure and Equipment

Comprehensive solutions for ensuring uninterrupted operation of data centers: power supply, cooling, security, and monitoring

UPS

Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)

Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)

A key component of the energy infrastructure of data centers, ensuring protection and stable operation of servers, network, and engineering equipment during failures.

PDU

PDU and Power Supply for DC

PDU and Power Supply for DC

PDU (Power Distribution Unit) is a power distribution device installed in server racks. It ensures power supply to servers, network equipment, storage systems, and other critical equipment in the DC, responsible for reliability, manageability, and energy consumption monitoring.

Lithium Batteries

Lithium Batteries for DC

Lithium Batteries for DC

A modern alternative to traditional lead-acid batteries (VRLA) for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems in data centers.

Alkaline Batteries

Alkaline Batteries

Alkaline Batteries

Industrial batteries utilizing aqueous alkaline electrolyte, most often based on nickel-cadmium (Ni-Cd) or nickel-iron (Ni-Fe) chemistry. They are used in DCs to ensure high reliability and long service life, especially in conditions requiring resistance to extreme conditions and minimal maintenance.

Air Conditioning Systems

Air Conditioning Systems

Air Conditioning Systems

Designed to maintain optimal temperature and humidity conditions in the DC, necessary for stable and durable operation of server equipment.

Ventilation System

Supply and Exhaust Ventilation System

Supply and Exhaust Ventilation System

Designed to: ensure the supply of fresh air to the machine room, remove excess heat, humidity, and polluted air, maintain optimal microclimate, compensate for air leaks in server zones, ensure excess pressure in high-cleanliness zones. Ventilation does not replace air conditioning but is its mandatory addition.

Security Systems

Security Systems

Security Systems

Include video surveillance systems, access control and management (ACS), security and fire alarms, notification and fire suppression means. Integrated into a single monitoring platform, ensuring round-the-clock control, instant response to incidents, and a high level of physical and information security of the facility.

SCADA

DC Monitoring and Dispatching

DC Monitoring and Dispatching

SCADA system (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) in a data center is a centralized platform for monitoring, controlling, and visualizing all engineering systems of the DC.
